If you own an iPhone 8 or newer, there is a secret button on the back of your phone.
When iOS 14 was released, Apple added an accessibility feature that enables a virtual control on the back of you phone. When I’m using my phone one handed, I find it hard to swipe down from the upper corner to access Control Center.
Go to Settings
Tap Accessibility
Under the Physical and Motor section, tap Touch
Scroll down to the bottom and tap Back Tap
You’ll see a double tap option and triple tap. This allows you to select an action when you tap twice or three times on the back of your iPhone.
If I select Double Tap, I can choose Control Center as the action.
If I wanted, I could also select a triple tap option.
Now when I’m at the Home Screen or in any app I can double tap the back of my phone to activate Control Center.
